Foster Family Housing at Joy Meadows
Joy Meadows Housing Details

The Joy Meadows Housing Program involves the development, construction, and maintenance of neighborhoods of homes suitable for single families housing a large number of children.

Homes are provided to skilled, high-capacity foster families, emphasizing placing siblings together.

  • An on-site Community Center accommodates therapy, tutoring, emotional and behavioral support, and extra-curricular activities—all within walking distance of the foster homes.

  • Various Therapy professionals office on-location, cutting down on one more visit and drive for the foster families, case workers, and therapists.

  • Children see other kids and families that look like them. Foster parents have other neighbors and friends who can identify with the issues unique to fostering.

  • The surrounding community has a centralized location where they can support the children and foster families by donating time, services, and supplies.
