Krystal Pierce, Board Member

Krystal has a strong passion for serving in the community through volunteering and foster care advocacy.

With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Housing and Interior Design from Missouri State University and a Master’s Degree in Management from Webster University, her experience is in nonprofit operations and management.

Krystal is a state appointed Education Advocate for kids in foster care. She is also a trainer for Fostering Joy Care Communities at her church.

Krystal and her husband, Robert, have been married for twenty years and have 3 boys, twins that are 15 and a 13-year-old. Krystal and her family are passionate about coming along-side foster families to support them, and they are a licensed foster home for respite care, and a Protective Home.
